Hi! I’ve missed you. I took a huge step back from blogging for a while for a couple of reasons. One, I put so much energy into getting this going that it wiped me out a bit. This fibro mom only has so much fuel and I was running low. Also, we started our homeschool. We selected a rigorous program and takes a good bit of my time. But, I’m happy to say it’s going well and my daughter is thriving. My three year old son is doing well with his homeschool pre-school also, but has a very short attention span.
It feels good to write again. I will do so whenever I can. My main purpose for this blog was and always will be to be a support and source of information for those suffering from fibromyalgia and those wanting to improve their health naturally. That desire will never leave my heart.
I’m still eating well. And always will. I’ve been paying particular attention to my commitments, however. I tend to forget about the fibromyalgia before making decisions and then I over-commit. If I’ve done too much in one week, for example, I often hit a wall. Not good when you are a stay-at-home-mom on top of everything else. It’s okay to say no and I need to improve in that department.
I’ve been thinking about 2016 and the whole resolution thing. I usually make a couple. This coming year, I want to really focus on exercise. It’s the weakest area of my health life and I want to really get moving.
Are you making resolutions?
